Vegetable oil obtained by cold pressing the seeds of Linum usotatissimum, a species of the Linaceae family, previously dried or toasted. Linseed oil helps to improve and strengthen the natural defenses of plants (invigorating action) in the presence of scale insects. When mixed with copper-based preparations, it allows dosages to be reduced by 25-30% as it allows the average size of the sprayed drops to be increased, the evaporation speed to be reduced and the contact surface to be increased.
